Q. How does the download system for viewing movies work?

First set up your free user account.
- Once you find a movie you would like to view then click the download
movie button and the movie will be added to My Account.
- Once you have finished browsing our directory of movies, click Checkout
and you will be brought to the checkout page for completing your order.
- To view the movie(s) that you ordered visit your Download Rental under
"My Account". Click on the play movie button and your movie will be
activated for the amount of time you purchased it.
Q. What is the difference between Download and Streaming?
- The difference between downloading a movie and streaming is simple;
streaming allows users to watch a movie in real time with a buffering
period. Viewers are limited by the speed of their connection and network
congestion. Downloaded movies reside locally on the end users PC, therefore
not encountering the same limitations as streaming. Downloaded movies may
take a little longer to download as our file sizes are larger, but the
results will be a high-quality full-screen viewing experience.

- You will need DSL/Cable/T-1 connection to download the movies.
Q. What is the pricing for a download movie?
- The cost for a movie is 7 days for $12.95 and 30 days $14.95
Q. When does the time on my downloads start?
- Your time on your download starts as soon as you checkout.
Q. How do I know how much time I have left?
- Go to "My Account" and click on downloads. It will show you when movies
expire.
Q. Can I watch the movie as it downloads?
- Yes, but you should wait at least ten minutes into the download before
viewing, also during the download you cannot fast forward or rewind, but
these functions are available after the movie has completely downloaded.
Q. Once I have downloaded the movie how do I watch it?
- A. Go to My Account and click on downloads; it will show you which movies
are available to watch.
